When is HAI HELI-EXPO taking place?
It is early next year. The expo hall will be open January 28-30, 2020. Some classes take place before the expo hall opens.

How do I get banquet tickets?
You can order them on our banquet ticket page. Each banquet ticket is $95. Please note that you will need to create a login to purchase a ticket. Whirly-Girls and Associates should use their assigned logins. You can also create a login at no charge and use it to purchase your banquet tickets by accessing the banquet ticket page and choosing your entree choice from the options listed.
You may also reserve a VIP table that seats eight guests for $1200. (Corporate members may reserve a table for a discounted rate of $950.) Each VIP table is at the front of the banquet ballroom and includes two bottles of complimentary wine (choice of white or red). Your contribution will be furthering the Whirly-Girls’ mission of advancing women in helicopter aviation. Where can I stay in Anaheim?
OnPeak is addressing room reservations for the event. Please note that if you check the OnPeak housing link (https://compass.onpeak.com/e/012605565/1#hotels), it will show that many of the hotels are already full. The Whirly-Girls have reserved blocks of rooms in several approved hotels near the convention center, but they have been released. Please use the link above for reservations.
Free HAI buses will provide transport between listed hotels and the convention center during the expo.
What if I don’t want to stay in any of these hotels?
You are welcome to make your own arrangements. To avoid unexpected charges, please be cautious when entering any financial arrangements with hotel resellers who are not affiliated with HAI HELI-EXPO. Note that if you are not staying in a hotel listed on the HAI website (see link above), you will be not be on the HAI bus route to and from the convention center.
What if I want to share a room?
Sharing a room at HAI HELI-EXPO is a great opportunity to spend time with other Whirly-Girls, and it helps lower housing costs. If you are interested, please contact WG#1360 Susanne Hallen at email@example.com. She’ll hook you up with others who are interested in sharing rooms for the event.
