Requirements

• Membership is open to any woman holding a helicopter rating.

How to Join

• Fill out the membership application (below).
• Attach a photocopy of your signed/dated pilot certificate(s).
• Attach a check (USA only) or money order in US Funds for the $75 application fee. Alternatively, you can include your VISA or MasterCard information on your application in the space provided.
• Please email a digital picture as a jpeg to tcoreywg@aol.com or, if you can't email your picture, please send an original photo printed on photographic paper with your application. Low resolution photos printed on regular paper will not be accepted.
  
  Note: When turning in your application, we prefer you download the Microsoft Word document below, TYPE in your information, and e-mail it to us with a scanned copy of your license and a jpeg photo of you. We've had difficulty reading handwriting, which can delay your application or result in your paperwork not arriving due to an illegible address.
  
  In the case where you cannot use the Microsoft document provided, you cannot scan or e-mail your license and/or photo, and/or you prefer to send a check, you can send those along via regular mail. However, please type your application if at all possible to avoid delays in processing you membership.
